Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the relationship between:

and any individual ("User", "you") who uses the Aster of Asia Academy educational platform ("Platform"), accessible at class.asterofasia.com.

By registering on the Platform or using its features, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms in full.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The Company provides the User with free access to the Platform's educational materials, including:

• Educational modules on the Thai real estate market
• Assessment tests after each module
• A personalized certificate upon course completion
• The opportunity to submit an employment application to Aster of Asia

The User agrees to comply with the Platform usage rules set forth in these Terms.

3. Registration and Account

3.1. Registration Requirements

To use the Platform, the User must:

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally capable
• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• Create a strong password and keep it confidential

3.2. Account Security

The User is responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials
• All activities conducted through their account
• Promptly notifying the Company of any unauthorized access to their account

3.3. One Account Per User

Each User is entitled to one account. Creating multiple accounts by the same individual is prohibited.

4. User Rights and Obligations

4.1. The User has the right to:

• Access all educational modules free of charge
• Retake assessment tests an unlimited number of times
• Receive a personalized certificate upon successful course completion
• Submit an employment application to Aster of Asia
• Contact support regarding Platform-related matters
• Delete their account at any time

4.2. The User agrees to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Not share account access with third parties
• Not use automated tools or bots to interact with the Platform
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to Platform systems

4.3. The User is prohibited from:

• Copying, distributing, or reselling educational materials
• Uploading malicious code or conducting cyberattacks
• Creating counterfeit certificates or other documents
• Using the Platform for spam or advertising purposes
• Impersonating another person

5. Company Rights and Obligations

5.1. The Company reserves the right to:

• Modify educational content without prior notice
• Temporarily suspend the Platform for maintenance
• Restrict or block User access for violations of these Terms
• Use anonymized data to improve the Platform
• Send the User notifications related to Platform operations

5.2. The Company undertakes to:

• Ensure Platform availability (except during scheduled maintenance)
• Protect User personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• Issue certificates to Users who successfully complete the course
• Respond to User inquiries within a reasonable timeframe

6. Intellectual Property

All materials on the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Educational module texts and scripts
• Images and graphic elements
• Video and audio materials
• Platform design and structure
• Trademarks and logos

are the intellectual property of the Company or its partners and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

The User is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials solely for personal educational purposes.

7. Certificate

Upon completion of all course modules and successful passing of the assessments (minimum 80% correct answers), the User receives a personalized electronic certificate from Aster of Asia Academy.

The certificate confirms completion of the educational course and may be used by the User at their discretion.

The certificate is not a government-recognized credential and does not constitute a professional qualification or accredited educational degree.

8. Employment

Completing the course and obtaining a certificate does not guarantee employment at Aster of Asia.

Course graduates may submit an application to the company's talent pool. Employment decisions are based on:

• Course completion results
• Information provided in the employment application
• Interview outcomes
• Availability of open positions

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. The Company does not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted operation of the Platform
• Absence of technical errors
• Achievement of any specific results by the User
• Compatibility with all devices and browsers

The Company shall not be liable for:

• Any losses arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform
• Actions of third parties
• Data loss due to causes beyond the Company's control
• The quality of the User's internet connection

In any event, the Company's total liability is limited to the amount paid by the User for using the Platform (which is zero, as the Platform is free of charge).

10. Account Suspension

The Company reserves the right to restrict or suspend User access to the Platform in the event of:

• Violation of these Terms
• Providing knowingly false information
• Actions that harm the Platform or other Users
• Attempts to gain unauthorized access to Platform systems
• Unauthorized distribution of educational materials

In the event of account suspension, the Company will notify the User of the reasons at the email address provided during registration.

11. Changes to These Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

The current version of the Terms is always available on this page. The date of the last update is indicated at the top of this document.

By continuing to use the Platform after changes are made, you confirm your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.

The parties shall attempt to resolve any disputes arising from these Terms through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts at the Company's place of registration (Phuket, Thailand).

13. General Provisions

• If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
• The Company's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce such provision in the future.
• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the use of the Platform.
